I just made the best potato and leek soup, mmmm. First time ever and it was amazing, just made some garlic bread with it and that was dinner but my boys refused to eat it so they had bread for dinner cuz with my back busted I'm not making two meals.
Deciding to get the slow cooker and sending hubby tomorrow with $25 of CT money to get it for free. I think 4 qts will be enough for us cuz my kids rarely eat our food, they are soo picky. They prefer chicken and fish all day every day or pasts or mac and cheese. Anyways I will be asking around soon for slow cooker recipe forums and recipes

I love my crockpot and the soup sounds so yummy! Real winter confort food.

A good place for crockpot recipes is A year of Crockpotting, has some of the best recipes. I use them quite a bit

that's if they have to ship it to you. but the giftcards actually arrive by email. i have alaska down as state. and i think it did ask for a zip so i just put 00000. i got one so far.

Guess i should join them but omg I don't know how I'd work it in with Sc, PS, pogo, P n P as it is I have over 600 emails well probably more like 700 and thats just in my inbox lol will have twice that in spam, used to actually look at my spam to make sure I wasn't deleting something I wanted. That was before PS and that flipping survey, since then I've been 100's behind with my email. Fraid to unsubscribe anything as they then turn around and sell your email to a ton of people so instead of that one sites emails you get 10 sites emails or however many they sell it to. Am so not wanting to cancel that email address but am afraid I'm going to have to. Hate having to change it with everyone. Would someone please check my email for me??? lol just delete anything that doesn't look like its from a friend. I's scared of it

Got a question for you folks, wondering if anyone can tell me please which magazine has the most coupons and contests etc - Chatelaine or LouLou? Can get a one year subscription through AirMiles but no idea if one mag is better for coupons or not?

P.S. One other thing.... what is this PS club mentioned, games or searching...?

Like I need to join something else LOL but sure hate to miss out on any fun stuff

2 days home and heading back to mom's for 3 ... told her last nite, Im leaving on Wed. nite and I won't be back next week, I'll come every 2 weeks... I just have to have some life! (don't get me wrong I do like seeing her! lol)
