twice baked? just bake em, cut in half lengthwise, scoop out the insides, mash like you would for mash potatoes stuff em back in their shells, top with paprika and bake til brown ontop.
mashed with cream cheese and chives? that's our new favorite, well before i got sick. get that recipe from phili. i think it's part milk cream chese, chives. easy.
homefries? hashbrowns?
au gratin? scallopped with cheese?
potatoe soup?
croquettes? (heard of em, never made)
if your really tired of potatoes, why not try sweet potoes? they make awesome stuffing, mashed, baked, home fries, ?

Can anyone recommend a good restaurant around downtown or Yorkdale Mall area of Toronto? I am heading there for a weekend (by myself! Yippee!) to do a malaria refresher course at Michener and was hoping to try something different. I don't get to T.O. very often and don't know some good spots to go. And I may be able to meet a friend, whom I haven't seen in years, for dinner.

Lolcat will defintately know better, but I believe full plasma exchange means that she's getting all new blood?!?
We love our potatos done cut into large cubes with a little bit of oil on them and montreal steak spice, cooked in the oven at 350 for 45 min. It's the only way Tyler will eat potato right now

Here is how I do mine. It can be eaten for breakfast or dinner
Peel and dice potatoes into decent sizes. Place in a bowl and microwave for about 2.30min each potato.
Olive oil in a pan and heat. Add lots of chopped garlic and hot peppers (if you like em). Add the potatoes in the pan and sautee. At this point the potatoes are cooked you are just browning them. Add chopped coriander or parsley or both and salt and pepper to taste. You can also add paprika (I also add the spicy one).
That's it. Real simple and amazingly good. If you have leftovers from it, add some eggs and scramble it up the next day for breakfast

NS try it with spinach too, I do it alot. But also add spice. I make them into veggie sandiwches that way. I add egg into it, so almost exactly like pancakes without the sugar of course. I also put baking powder
