Am just seeing this now! Sorry so late! I don't have any recipe for "Poor Man's Pudding" but I had it for the "Poor Man's Dinner" which is a boiled dinner and it isn't a dessert.

I did make a wicked "Death By Chocolate" dessert lastnight and it was yummy!

I'm just busy working, working, working, driving my husband to hospital for tests and more tests. Some results came in, can't be TOO bad as we only have to go to doctor on March 26th.

We've had the same weather here, near 80' but tomorrow it's suppose to be in the 40's.

Rose you just let the hotel tell know when you need to be there by and when you'll be ready to be picked up and they will arrange it

Having the same weather here only its supposed to drop to the 50's F tomorrow and 45F thursday. Love the hot weather but hate when it bounces like that seems to always make me sick.
