sorry you didn't get your tickets, here are a few link that might be of interest.
cbc marketplace has done a few stories on ticketmasters
How do ticket resellers get their tickets? Marketplace asked many ticket brokers for interviews, and only one, Mario Livich of Vancouver, would agree to speak on camera. He told us the tickets he sells come from a variety of suppliers, and that “If somebody comes and sells us a ticket, we don’t ask them ‘how did you get that ticket?’ We don’t.” Still, the sheer speed of event sellouts strongly suggests that buyers are using automated processes (or robots, or “bots” for short) to shop online.
This may surprise you, because most online ticket sale sites have features designed to keep robots out, captchas, “Completely Automated Public Turing test to tell Computers and Humans Apart.” The idea is that it’s easy for a person to read the words, but hard for a robot, so typing the words in a box when you place your order is proof that you’re human. But how good is the technology at keep bots out? For our segment, PhD student Allan Caine demonstrated a piece of software systematically reading and decoding CAPTCHAs. This is how scalpers are buying in bulk, its all automated.
Also this:
Ticketmaster Canada is facing a $500-million class-action suit from consumers who allege tickets are being diverted away from ticketmaster.ca to be sold on Ticketmaster's more expensive ticket-brokering site, ticketsnow.com.
The lawsuit, launched in Toronto today, contends that the selling of tickets on ticketsnow.com contravenes Ontario's anti-scalping legislation. It also alleges that fees and surcharges levied by Ticketmaster violate Ontario laws.
Henryk Krajewski, a Toronto resident who bought two concert tickets for $533.65 (including service charges) is the initiating plaintiff. His tickets would have cost him $133 on ticketmaster.ca if they had been available. Instead, Ticketmaster's website directed him to ticketsnow.com.
"The mere fact that Ticketmaster has a financial interest in both retail and premium ticket sales leads to an obvious question about the process by which those tickets are sold to members of the public and how it works," said Jay Strosberg of Toronto's Sutts Strosberg LLP, one of the lawyers representing the plaintiff. Vancouver's Branch McMaster is also on the file.
Ontario, Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba have anti-scalping laws. B.C. does not.
The suit is filed on behalf of all people who bought tickets for an event in Ontario from Ticketmaster or ticketsnow.com from Feb. 9, 2007 to present.
Ticketmaster did not respond immediately to a request for comment

Sooo tired, just spent the day at the zoo with the boys. I love it there so we decided to get a seasons pass, it is $115 for the year for two adults, the kids are free though for now so why not? Its one of the few kids places in Toronto where you are allowed to bring in food and drinks. Canada's Wonderland is insanely strict now, you cannot take anything in anymore.
Anyways beautiful zoo weather today, the boys loved it

Morning,
Had to work till 10am this morning (was suppose to be off at 7am).
Called the doc office and had a talk with the nurse since my family doc away she would talk another doc which looking at my file she could have told me I was going to have a bladder infection about a month ago (and well noone did anything about it). So shes getting me a prescription and I can pick it up Monday morning (thank god). Im off to get a few hours of sleep before I head back to work.
Hope everyone had a good day.

lol now you all are sounding like my dh!!! I really can be trusted with a knife most of the time just as long as I don't have to cut something that's really tough like an onion or well a head of cabbage lmao! Thankfully though I got dh to cut the head of cabbage in half just cut myself on the blade of the slicer thingy lol if it'd been the knife cutting through the head of cabbage I'd probably of cut my finger off! Dh got butterfly bandaids put on it but was still bleeding so had to put gauze and tape around it. Hopefully it stops bleeding soon.

star you sound as bad as me with knives, my dh rarely lets me cut anything as I have a habit of cutting myself. I once stabbed myself in the stomach(wasnt to bad),trying to get package open(I really am bad with knives) but didnt really notice till getting ready for bed. I've had a few c-sections and other surgeries so not much feeling htere...lol..even burned my tummy once and didnt notice til later.
I literally cant cut anything. Think I should take a safety with knives course..lol...hope it stops bleeding soon !!
