I wanted to slap one of my co-worker's today. I was on my break and turned the tv to the Trailer Park Boys. I left the room and came back and this little witch had turned the channel. She doesn't like Trailer Park Boys. Doesn't like the swearing. I just had to vent because I was so mad. Carry on.

they was so mean to me at wound care today . He thinks its infected and it had a piece of something buried that was working its way out. He managed to get whatever it was out dug in there and then went to another area and dug in there with a lil spoon thing that had a blade on the other side. After he got a culture he scraped the whole wound as it had a lot of crud around the edges where its deepest. OMG I just held on to dh's arm trying not to kick anyone or . Then the sadists wrapped it from toes to knee with a pressure dressing OMG it hurt so dang bad they took it off once loosened it but within two miles of the place I had to tear it off, I think I know a lil of what a animal feels when they chew off their own leg to get out of a trap. Got home took my pain pills and crawled into bed. Kept having to get up it was hurting so bad but wasn't long before I was back in there. Feels a bit better this evening. Talked to the nurse this afternoon told me not to worry about the pressure dressing until it doesn't hurt quite so bad. Dr doesn't want it to swell anymore and seep fluid out, although it did get a lil bit smaller, for how much it had been healing its not done very good since I was in 2 weeks ago. Put me on some antibiotics & supposed to call Monday to see what the culture showed.
Ok done whining for the moment.
Snake so glad you get to go and NO you are not too old you should of seen some of the older people going through nursing school while I was i think the oldest one was in his late 50's.
Andit so very glad your friend is out of the hospital and doing well!
