Good morning all--thanks for the congrats on hubby's new job. Finally some good fortune coming our way--now if I can just find a good job for me we will be back on track. Andit, I updated my resume awhile back & have been told by some recruiters that it looks good, just can't get past the fact that I worked for the same company for 36 years. I know companies are not supposed to discriminate against age, but when they see that they probably think I've got one foot in the grave & that is far from true!!

Snake glad to see you're back, missed your jokes. Hope everything went well.

Good morning all!! I have the house to myself this morning DH took DS out this morning for a while (probably to get me something for Mother's Day, and to get some flowers for the garden and planters).

i am such a DOLT. i been drooling over my gale calendar that i never noticed, that april's was still up! no wonder the P&P words weren't working for me, i was trying to claim words expired 2 days before!

the last set, i got an email saying they were "reset just for you".

like wtf? never clued in til this am. so i sent them an email explaining my mistake. i din't mention the sexy gale calendar that was to blame tho. now i have to find the whole punch to put up mays which is even sexier, he is taking off his suit jacket!! omg, drooooooool.

Just got home from work. I don't know if I should be relieved or what LOL. You know that guy that I was suppose to go on the date with. Suppose to have a date on one of those days I had off earlier in the week (I wasn;t feeling good so I told him maybe some other time) Umm... yea so who would have guessed it but the way the word is going around work the guys married and has a flipping kid (nice of him to mention it eh). Thank god for noisey coworkers - I don;t know ho much of it's true but at least I can keep that in mind. We all know men and what their little minds wander (no offense to those men on the forum). So the next time he comes thru work I'm going to make him so uncomfortable (because that's what I do best). But I guess I'll ask him if he has a wife (I guess 4 yrs of going to school has paid off) I can tell when ppl r lying and their body language.

I can have some fun with this.

Anyways I'm off to bed - have to work again tonight and have a eye appointment MOnday morning

now the clouds have rolled in and it's quite cold.

The Joe Cocker concert was wonderful - had a great time and
sure worth the trip.
