You can buy wipes that will supposedly help with allergies (wipe the dog, not the human ). You can also wipe her down with a damp cloth every couple of hours.
Brushing her every day will cut down on how much fur gets into the environment. As weird as it sounds, dogs with short fur are worse than those with long fur. It does mean a lot more vaccuuming, but at least she's not a St Bernard.
Discourage her from licking you, since it might be the saliva that is triggering you. Also, discourage her from licking herself. The dried saliva gets into the air & can set you off (here`s where the damp cloth also helps).
Here`s the shampoo I use (it`s actually for horses, I got turned onto it by a dog trainer who has asthma & allergies & a houseful of animals):

What are your symptoms? Sneezing, coughing, watery eyes? Fairly mild or severe?
The jury's still out on how often you can bathe a dog. I know of a white poodle that is constantly being bathed, cause the little brat will find mud in the middle of a drought. As long as you use a mild shampoo, you can bathe once a week. In a pinch, you can use Dawn dishwashing liquid as a shampoo. Just keep an eye on her skin, if it seems like it's getting dry, cut back on the bathing.
Hope this helps.

thanks Andit..I bought some of those wipes for her. I would have thought short hair to be better ..oh well..
I sneeze like crazy, eyes water and get to the point they hurt, feel better whenclosed. But I bathed her and havent reacted as bad so far. Been vacuuming and mopping alot as well. She is hilarious loves the vacuum but goes nuts on the mop...The reactions arent so bad just the eyes that are killing me. She really likes to cuddle so working on her cuddling beside not on me..lol..hopefully get it under control yet..too attached now..just find weird neverreacted to cat like this.
Thanks for link for shampoo..will have to try...had no clue which to buy, bought some Hartz mild shampoo, not much selection here

I wouldn't over bathe your dog, this will cause more dander as it will dry out his skin. I would talk to your vet, they should be able to recommend a shampoo, and let you know how often you can wash him.
Dogs skin is much more sensitive than a human babies.
I only give my guys a bath a few times a year, I do rub them down every week with a damp cloth.
I also give mine a tsp of olive oil or salmon oil every other day. Also great for their skin and fur.
