Oh my gosh you are crazy..I cant take mine for an hour and ready to jump out of a tall building let alone a month..thankfully my dh feels the same way..lol

That's OK, my parents are coming down for 2 weeks in July. I may need serious mentle care after they are gone. The things I do to get the house fixed up. LOL

Well I can't really complain, they will help do a ton of stuff, but I can usually only take them in small doses. I am trying to get as much done now, so they won't have much to do and therefore I won't hear "How come you didnt do this before, and If I was to do that I would do it this way"

I can't wait to here the fighting over putting up the shed. If you all want some entertainment come on over and watch!!

Amy! That is sooooo why i only have 2 kids - I had 2 horrible experiences with c-sections, that i think i'd need to be sedated for the entire 9 months if i ever got pregnant again! Ask me about after she's born- i won't tell pregnant women LOL

Thanks!! I had 2 emergency c-sections too!! I tried pushing for both kids too!! But this time around i'm just going to opt for a c-section right away!!

I finally am posting although I can rep at all! ... Its been very hectic and scarey for the past 13 days. I have cellustis (SP) it is a very very nasty and dangerous bacterial skin infection! I have been through h.ll and back again thru my lifetime, but let me warn you this has got to be the most painful thing I have ever ever had! We can't even pinpoint how I got it! I woke up one morning with a sore foot, a little red, thought I had bruised it during the nite. Went to work for one day ... the foot just "killed me", took my shoe off that night and freaked! over half my foot was glaring red and swollen. Went to emerg, sat for a very long time (filled with flu cases ... I was ready to run home and hide, figured it was safer there! lol) Glad I got in though, thank goodness the Dr. on call knew what she was talking about ! Run 1 blood test and came back with the results! They put me on a very powerful combo antibotic! if it didn't step the spread only recourse was IV antibotic. Went thru 30 T-3 in 3 days, oh my "gut" the pain didn't stop but I figured I'd have no tummy left if I kept up with the pain killers, and they were only helping for about 1 hour (and that's taking 2 a time!). If it doesn't clear in next few days Im to go back to emerg and go on IV. I still can't get my slippers on, never mind shoes. Thank goodness I purchased nice leather sandles last year with velcour straps all over the place .. can't stand anything touching my skin.Well the red has gone down but not completely disappeared. Foot still swollen but not as bad as before. If not clear by end of week, I back to emerg. Its still scarey, waiting ... and to really give me grief .......... dh was home "sick" for the past 10 days (kidney stone pain) so he claims!!! anyone needed to drop in and cry my woes! lol Missed ya all! Im laying low for a few more days!

Hi all!!

Hope everyone had a good weekend. We pretty much took it easy this weekend, but hung out at FIL's place. He's doing great and can't wait to get back to work. We're insisting that he just take his time and heal properly.

Haun - good luck with your burn. Sounds painful.

kekes - hope your foot gets better. That sounds painful too.

SJ - I know what you mean. My MIL is coming at the end of July, and we don't know where she's staying yet. Need to find out soon, though, cause if she's staying with us (NONONONONO), then I need to get the basement finished!

NS - hope things get better for you soon. It's quiet in here.
