I think I am more excited for the Dairy show that the DD is this year. I hope she does well. Her calf this year is a bit smaller and it seems to be calmer. I just hope the calf is good on Saturday.

The brats had me up early today (I'm so not a morning person). By 9am, I had walked the dog & taken her for a romp on the rooftop terrace, made breakfast for all 3 of us & cleared up the dishes. I felt like calling it a day there & then. Think I'll go take a nap now, before I fall asleep.

Hope everyone is doing well. Looks like summer has finally arrived, it's warm & getting humid here. Love it!

so apparently it will be awhile before I know whether I get the job. It seemed to go ok. But I have to wait till manager back from holidays which is awhile. So I think if one of the other jobs I applied at pops up I will take that. AS I was told this was a long term but today the lady said it was 9 months maternity coverage and then maybe they would find something else after.

Checked on mapquest, it's actually near Adelaide, which is just north of King, 2 streets south of Queen.

If you go along King, you'll pass by Roy Thomson Hall (looks like a silver upside down saucer) & on the other side of the street, the Royal Alex & Princess of Wales theatres (look for the Sound of Music posters everywhere).

It's south & west of the Eaton Centre, if that helps.

yep I google mapped it the other night! its like a 15min walk from the train station apparently and half hour walk from the eaton centre haha but I generally know where I am going so if I go alone I should be fine
