I just checked my Word Balance and I was able to claim LOST on Monday November 2, so I guess it might just be expired?

I sent an email to the site asking about the words that aren't working, including the error messages it shows when you try to claim them - NAPTIME and BDAYBASH. I still haven't heard back though.
