Just wanted to drop in & give an update. My husband & I have really had a terrible year until the last few weeks. I am walking (slowly) on 2 legs now since breaking my ankle on September 12. After losing my job of 36 years in January I am now working for a very large corporation. I was always treated like "crap" on my other job & never knew there was a company that treated their employees any differently. The people where I now work have been wonderful, they have helped me everyday that I was in the wheelchair (which was for 2-1/2 months), received some wonderful gifts including $326 & a thank you card, taken to lunch & was bought a very expensive cheesecake for my husband & I to share. My husband is still looking for a job (he is in construction), but we have high hopes that he will find something in the next few months. I also found out today that I have been given a 10% raise for the coming year!!

I hope this doesn't come across as bragging about all our good fortune (which I am certainly not), but we have had so much to overcome this year that I just really wanted to share some of our good fortune lately.

Havent had time to enter them lately. Slowly will find time over Christmas.

Still dont have a placement for school and well to be honestly my proff is a twat. Im trying to find my own. I asked my boss and shes asking higher up and should find out in a few days or so.

Also, been trying to organize my room here before going back to school.
