Thank you all for posting the words through out 2009 & for the new words for 2010!

So many new faces on here I come to see what everyones been up to & hardly recognize anyone our thread has grown so much!

I take Shellfish-free Glucosamine from Jamieson (SDM special orders it for me, because they don't stock it on the shelves) and I also take MSM It does take a while to kick in (months)
