okay..my lawyer just got back to me and he said to just drop in and he'll sign off the form. YAY ME! i don't think he's gonna charge me..better not i gave him over a thousand dollars worth of business this year.

i think the reason i needed the affadavit, is because it is $500 worth, and due to fact it is won in another country. i don't think the sisters had to sign anything?

didnt have to sign anything NS. I have read alot of sweep rules and if a prize is over 500 they have to have an affidavit for tax records. Your not being selfish your consumed with happiness.
