Thank you very very much for words everyone, I am about a week behind..lots of my words expired( I tried them but no luck)..anyways...for those of you just geting around to claiming your first prize..I have ordered 2 so far and they both came, I have just ordered my third gift.

I just started 'really' collecting points in April and I've already redeemed for 2 children's activity books, a children's sign language book and 2 exercise videos. Once you place your order you are supposed to get a confirmation e-mail. They send the items right away so you're not waiting weeks to get it. My only issue was when they upgraded their system and lost a bunch of orders - even though I had my confirmation e-mail. I didn't lose my points but didn't get the item I really wanted either. oh well... they keep adding more!

if there is, I want to know too! There was one time earlier this year - I think when they upgraded their system - that I was able to enter 40 words consecutively. Since then it's been only 5. Has anyone else noticed that sometimes you have to wait longer than an hour?

Sometimes it's less than 1 hour for me, but then i only get to input 3 84K in 2 months! just don't know what I'm saving for!
