About this Back to School Photo Contest...

I have copied and pasted the rules below. There seems to be a lot of problems with this contest as well.

On the main page for the contest, there is a place near the bottom that says-more information-but it cannot be clicked on and there is no info posted under or beside it???? I had to click on view entries just to be able to find the rules.

Also, in the top paragraph it says you can not participate unless you are a resident of the US. But in the second paragraph it is contradicted and gives different info. I highlighted the info in red.

went ahead and voted. That page is the same way. There is a place for you to put your name and comment after you vote and you can tell that there is more to the page, but you can not get to it.

I can not find any info about if you get points for voting or anything.
