Been listening to CNN while home and they said millions are without power and they think it could take up to 4 weeks to get it fully restored. Lots of wind and flood damage by the looks of it too.

For those in the States on here, I will try to remember to post when my mom hears that gas is going up so much. Now I know that it will be nation wide and not just around here when there is a disaster.

I've been voting in the contest when I can. Now off to give rep, and then hubby has his company picnic today, and we have a surprise anniversary party for my parents tonight, so I might not be around much today. Will check in when I can, and vote as well.

i sent an email to points and prizes and told them basically that they should delete rude posts from contests boards. i included a couple o comments. i will let you know what the reply is. i also mentioned that if these comments were directed towards my children that the words in my email would be worded quite differently. i know it is an odd way to say it but they knew what i meant.

lol huanish, Its so stupid, two of my sister in laws think they are better than everyone and so instead of visiting their ill mother whose fixing to have surgery they are fighting over who should have to park their car in the street. Then they try to drag everyone else in on the fight. I look for it all to get blown out of proportion by tonight.
