    I hope not
It may just be allergies though, I have been sneezing all day, and I woke up with sticky swollen eyes...so it may not be what my sis has yet...but I usually get everything she brings home.

    this $hit never ends!
omg thats terrible! at least he found a safe place to hang out though until he can be picked up, what is wrong with these kids were they not taught anything, their parents should be kicking ass for allowing them to beat on another kid for no good reason.

i really have to try that. but how you get all those pudding bags and the dumplings all in one pot?

rebel: (easy directions): soak a pc of corned or salt beef overnight. put in pot. put dried yellow peas in a pudding bag (leave room, they expand. tie top) put in pot with beef. cover with water. cook 2 hours. add potatoes, turnip, carrots, top with cabbage. cook til veg are done. drain water (i squeeze) out of peas pudding. mash with butter and pepper. serve on the side. drain liquor off vegs (so they don't go soggy), save liquor and pour over, (or make gravy as snake said, if you cooked a chicken etc in oven).
In my little corner of Nova Scotia, our boiled dinner is done with ham. Most elderly people prefer the salted pork (pig's feet) but I prefer a whole picnic ham. I use a very large pot and I boil the picnic ham for like 2 1/2 hours but the last 45 minutes, I toss in the potatoes, carrots, turnip, parsnip and cabbage and cook with the meat. I don't put any bags in my pot nor do I want to put any!!!! Ewwwwwwwwww! Boiled dinner is one of my favorite meals and that's usually what we make for Christmas, Easter or Thanksgiving as both my husband and I prefer the ham over Turkey!

And by the way, in my little corner of Nova Scotia, liquor is something you drink to get drunk and then do stupid things! It's NOT something we eat!
Ack, that really didn't sound right did it?

thanks Rose, I'm staying home then.

When I was first posted to Newfoundland we were given a newfanise dictionary. First night we wnet to a bar I could not believe they were speaking English as I couldn't understand what was being said, plus they talked so fast. Funniest thing was my mother asking me if I was dating "buddy" as I seemed to talk about him all the time.

When I left after 6 years, no one thought I was speaking English or knew what I was talking about lol
