ughhh feeling sooooooo freaking sick today, woke up feeling terrible, just looking at the box of cereal made me feel sick to my stomach so I settled for a cup of coffee, well that didnt stay down long so getting dad to bring me home gravol for my stomach feel soooo strange so far been able to keep down half a cup of chicken broth, a few soda crackers and a cup of tea...will see how i feel later

so my son came home with homework that simply says:

POW (problem of week, or paragraph of week, depending)
worksheet

and a note to go to the school's website to get the homework. which states simply:

POW
worksheet

so i fired off an email.

ryan has no clue what his Pow is on. we have the worksheet. but the song doesn't say one outta two ain't bad!

ya dad is having a pot roast for supper, the smell of it is making me feel gross, and everyone else is having chinese...i think i will pass and put mine in the fridge till i feel better, going to eat more chicken noodle soup for supper too afraid to eat much else in case i am sick again, im already off of coffee for awhile now after this morning

Hope you feel better rose, my daughter kept me up most of the night with a nasty ear infection, I am so going to try to go to bed early, but that never works out ...my roast is driving me crazy smells so good!!!
