just send a poliet email, detailing exactly what happened. they can check what happened on their end.

rose, it probably won't fit. check with the postoffice person. i sent in futura upc codes and stacked them in the envelope..it would have fit in the slot, but i was worried about weight. anyway, the post office person pulls out this measuring thing with a really narrow slot in it, (the weight was fine btw), and it wouldn't fit of course, cost me $1.50 instead of .52. grr.. if i had of spread them out in the envelope woulda saved a dollar!

boy are they getting an earful when they call to give me the skill testing question...why print the pin on the cap print it on the blue cap insert thing that way it would be flat to mail a$$holes apparently they were too stupid to think of that man does that ever piss me off I understand them needing the pin if thats the case put it someplace where we can easily mail the pin code in with our release forms...
will take it to the post office next week to double check but the site is saying thats what it will cost me because its too thick if so then they can shove their prize

ya thats what i thought too a couple of bucks since it wouldnt fit but because its 15mm I guess they consider it a parcel so its going to cost an arm and leg to mail it out to them...I was just thinking can I cut the cap part off with an exacto knife and mail just the top of the cap with the pin on it idk if they will allow that but hey doesnt hurt to ask when they call if not then will ask if they want to pay the $8 to have the cap shipped to them if not then they can stick the prize... I want it but not that bad can buy my own for that price somewhere on sale if I really want it
might take it to the post office anyways and see what they say if they tell me its going to cost the $8 then I will just forget it
I was wondering could it count as an other letter? if so then it would fit the thickness requirements and might not cost so much idk how it works guess i dont mail that much stuff LOL
