Haven't been around much as per my last post about the family rallying around my cousin who was diagnosed with breast cancer last week. Another cousin has stepped up to be the taxi for a few days to give me a break, so I have a chance to post and give some rep.

Welcome newbie!!

I am Debra, retired now after 25 years in the military. I have 5 furkids; 4 dogs one cat. I have 1 brother, who is an undertaker, and a half sister, who is married to a Newf. I live in Cherry Valley on 2.5 acres in an old farmhouse very close to the shore line of Soup Harbor an inlet of Lake Ontario, about 5 minutes from the Sandbanks. I am a spinster I guess as I have never been married and have no human children (that I know of). 2nd generation Canadian born in TO. Oh and I make siggies

Thanks Juno, it's very hard for her, her asshole husband just left walked out on her about 6 months ago, and her mom died from breast cancer 2 years ago, so we want to be there for her. She is having surgery on Friday.

ryan's XO at cadets has been stationed in Africa. and wont' be back until dec 22. ryan emailed him last night, and he was happy to hear from him. said he doesn't get much news from home and he misses the kids.

I want to do SOMETHING to show how much our members are appreciated. I passed the info along to ryan's school, to see if some kids wanted to send an email. but i donno if the school will bother.

any other ideas?

take the pic thetick gives you and upload it to your album on SC. you should find it under user profile in the brown stripe at the top of the page. edit details i believe. your albums will be on the right side of your profile page. just click upload, and then you can browse your harddrive. save the photo. once it's in your albums, right click on it, select properties, highlight the http://address.

go to edit signature, and paste the address. (right click). voila..i think.
