Hi all,

I gave rep where I could. I have been trying to vote, takes me an hour to get threw it all with my account and then another with moms. Well I have to try and get some work in while I am at the office. LOL

Hope everyone feels better soon, I am keeping you all in my prayers. Same for those with sick loved ones or other problems that have been listed here. I think I rep'ed everone with a message.

I am so tiered I don't know what the heck is with me. I have gone to bed all this week by 8:30 or 9pm., and still wakeup tiered. (yes i know the spelling is off, but I don't care)(LOL) I just want to sleep.

I have calle dthe doc for a full phisical, but that wont happen until Jan.

Oh man, I'm so sad right now. I was home a bit ago and I received a call from one of my veteran clients, the 83 year old one. He told me to get there right away. I asked what was wrong and he said he didn't know. I yelled to my husband to put his coat on quickly as we were heading up the hill to my clients house. When we walked in, my client was knelt down holding his 90 year old wife in his arms to support her upper body. She was sitting in her chair. She had a big stroke and has paralysis on the entire right side of her body. She was responsive and coherant but not able to speak and was drooling. She seemed extremely confused and it was SO sad to watch. I asked if he had been able to call 911 yet and he said no. He started to cry so while I was on the phone with 911, I was also trying to console him and her at the same time. My husband kept reassuring them both things would be okay. I had my husband call their son to have him come over right away and then I called the family doctor and asked if he could please come over right away. I then called one of their daughters to have her come over right away. We stayed till all the family was there and the paramedics had loaded my client's wife into the ambulance. It's so sad. We know and realize that it's going to happen. We knoow that one day, very soon, we will get up in the morning and she will be gone. That day may be sooner than we think. I am SO glad I was able to be there for my client during this difficult time. I am not sure why he chose to call me first instead of his kids, perhaps because he knows that I'm not afraid of these situations and can handle the stress of it as I used to be a 911 operator and police dispatcher.

Anyways, sorry for rambling on, just had to get it off my chest....there's enough weight there already!

Thanks for listenning. Please keep her in your thoughts and prayers and send positive vibes our way. I realize that she's 90 but we're just not ready to part with her yet.

Bless you for beeing the kind of person he knew he could call in this situation. He must have instinctively known that you would know what to do and that shows his deep affection and trust in you.
