but when i went back and uploaded another one on hubbys, it let me! so he has 2, i have one. mom=0

The blue ones (SC calls them gray) are reps given to you by members who have under 50 posts and they have no rep altering power (doesn't affect your rep). So those members have probably exceeded their required posts and their reps now show a green square.
