The form kept saying my phone number was incorrectly entered, no matter how many different ways I re-typed it; I kept trying, and even tried submitting with a new captcha, but it wouldn't 'submit'.
Would someone please post exactly how to enter the phone number to be able to submit the form?
I tried again without a company name (I put n/a in the company line) and it still doesn't appear to go through. The form just kept refreshing.

How did you get it to work? It won't work for me ... it's irritating! I've tried keying in my info differently (saw someone say to enter phone as (000)000-0000) and even tried submitting it from a different web browser and still nothing. :cry:Quote:
