The way that worked for me was: (000)000-0000
I dont think the dash matted but it needs the () to work

How did you get it to work? It won't work for me ... it's irritating! I've tried keying in my info differently (saw someone say to enter phone as (000)000-0000) and even tried submitting it from a different web browser and still nothing.
