I have been having problems for about 4 months now in receiving credits. I emailed them about 10 days ago and haven't heard anything yet. This happened in January and I got an answer and the credits adjusted right away. I am not sure that I will do anymore surveys with them until I get some answers and my pending credits.
Sent second email and waiting for response. I think I may complete some surveys and in the spots where you can type your comments or answer I will give a blurb about how this company is not honoring their points/payment.
I would advise anyone still with this company to keep track of your completed surveys or pending points. They may disappear.

Finally got an email response and they forwarded it to the project managers and my points were in today.

This is a great site but it takes a long time to get my points . I have over a thousand points
and they are still pending so i hope i will be credited soon!
I haven't had any issues with them at all. I just got another $10 from them yesterday. Very pleased with them!
I just joined a few days ago and got a 200pt survey today (worth $2 I guess) I was with airmiles opinions - which is an affiliate or associated with the same company and I was not getting very many surveys with them. I cancelled them and will try web out.
I just cashed out for $10 paypal! woot!

I have been with Web Perspectives for a few years, and cashed out numerous times, but now I am stuck at 600 points and have not gotten a survey from them in about 4 months.
I just cashed out for the first time today for $10 paypal - any ideas anyone on how long it takes to get into the account??

I have over 1000 also - seems they put points in my balance every week or 2.
Two of my pending credits dissapiared (200 points each). Wrote them for the first one one week ago - no answer yet. Wrote them for the second one 2 days ago - no answer yet :( I have screenshots of my pending credits, but I can't attach them when I contact support. Any advise?
The points always disappear for a few days before they credit. Just keep watching, they must be crediting soon as I have a ton of pending points.

This site was good for me up untill June. I have had over 1000s pending dissappear and have had 150 pending for over 3 months and hadn't redeemed in about 4. The person I contacted wanted me to 'keep track' of ones I have completed which seems like to much work for me. Not very proffesional and the fact they dont respond to emails is ridiciolous.
OMG! I e-mailed support over a week ago regarding a survey I had just done stating that the survey was not in the pending list nor in the awarded section with the survey number and the title (Utilities). So i just got an e-mail stating that surveys take 3-4 weeks to be transferred from pending to awarded - and please provide the survey # if there are any issues regarding a survey.
Good golly! Don't they read!! Surveys pay great but support is short-changed.
Sent an e-mail back to them and got rewarded for one of the surveys I did and was missing on my board. Another one I questioned has to wait another 2 weeks for some reason for them to check into it. So not bad results from my inquiry.
Grr, my pending credit from 500 points just dissapiared :( And with the other 2 (200 points each), in total 900 points are missing :( No answer for the first 2x200. I'll e-mail them one more time tonight.
They usually disappear for a bit before they credit. I wouldn't worry too much, everything that disappeared off mine was eventually credited to me.
The credit for 500 points is already credited (right after my e-mail), but the other 2x200 still missing since beginning of Sept. :( So, I don't think that they disappeared before crediting.Quote:

This happened to me today, on an earn 400 survey. Did the whole thing, got invited to participate in 12 months again for the second part and then said I was disqualified. :(Quote:
