you are allowed to open 2 accounts per household for this one,correct?? i keep getting things saying my id has already done the survey which is fine if we have but it is like alll week it's been happening so just checking they haven't banned me from it or something.
They take forever to confirm surveys and credit them...I have surveys completed Nov.1 that still havent been confirmed yet :neutral:

I have not had any surveys credit for over a month. I have 1200 points outstanding and I am not doing any more until I get at least one survey credited.

ugh why are the chapters cards through the online site. I do not like that. Having to pay for shipping unless I buy $25 worth of stuff.
once you deposit your codes into your online account balance, you can then transfer any amount of them to a physical giftcard to use in-store. I do this all the time with my points & I've never had any trouble with it.Quote:

Anyone having a hard time contact j.white? I am missing 400 points in my account that she said would be credited in 4 weeks and still nothing. She won't respond to any of my emails. Getting frustrated.
