yes I have. Its been like that for the past day or two
me too really slow here too
its slow, but if you refresh about 20 seconds after not having sync. it usually loads up. I think they need a new server? too many people on it?

On the manual surf main page they have a spot to add your site (you can add 5 sites total). You can promote your referral link (say swagbucks, or gifthulk, etc.), all you do is add credits from the site you surfed. While your surfing other sites you have a chance to win credits and cash.
