There is a limit of one (1) Entry Form per Participant, per day during the Contest Period. Only one email address may be used by a Participant to enter the Contest.

To enter you require a UPC from any size or variety of Dairy Oh! product. There is no purchase necessary to enter the Contest.

Thirty (30) finalists will be selected by a random draw among all the eligible Entry Forms received via the Contest Website each day of the Contest Period. One (1) draw will take place each day of the Contest Period among all eligible Entry Forms received during the previous calendar day.

There will be thirty (30) prizes awarded consisting of

• one (1) LeapFrog Tag reading system and
• five (5) assorted LeapFrog books.

The approximate retail value of each Prize is of one hundred thirty- five dollars in Canadian currency ($135.00 CDN).
