yep i got a nasal sprya -cheap it was 2.35 on the reduced table at shoppers- im also on medication- so bad last week i wanted to go to the hospital- decided i didnt want to sit for 4 hours - even tried netty pot-slowly getting better

i was on tylenol 3 when i had a sinus infection
thought my face was going to explode it hurt so bad

i found the nasal spray really helps loosen it up and takes some of the pressure off i haven't tried my neti pot yet and it didn't come with intructions so i wouldn't even know how to use it
