Bought the jicama at Safeway after trying it at my sister's - good with other cut up veggies to have with dip. Very mild taste, nice texture -
Same here, kool - always see sweet potato pie with the melted marshmallows on top - kind of takes away from the potatoes being anything healthy, I would think!
