My husband said his mom used to give the babies a little brandy when they couldn't sleep, but that's in Eastern Europe.
So dreary to look outside, it's just cloudy and dull.. but at least it's -5, which is great!
Oh the Europeans are horrible for that! My grandfather used to give me a shot of whiskey with cloves in it... heat it in the microwave for 30sec and make me down it when I had bronchitis. a shot every 4 hours.
Today that'd be considered criminal child endangement or something LOL
