I think they must know me by now, it is rare I don't have to ask for a manager in there because they refuse my SPC card or prices are wrong or I want a rain check and they don't do them because they are lazy lol

Zellers has issues with training their staff I think.

Yes they do, I had a little more sympathy for the girl yesterday because she was clearly new and stuck with someone training her who barely speaks English but I want my 20k points - that gets me to a redemption level lol

i used to have huge issues with zellers to the point where i stopped shopping there but the one we have here seems to be a really good one i know it's shocking great staff and the prices are correct on the shelves :shock:

I haven't been able to use that coupon yet NOR have I been able to use the one for 30K wus$30 or the 75K wus $75 that THEY THEMSELVES send out when you get a card. it's not printed or anything and whenever I go it's always in the evening after 8ish when BigD is in bed OR I have him with me.... either way - I don't ever have the time (or patience) to deal with managers etc...

If it weren't for the fact that I have the SPC card I wouldn't bother with Zellers. But lets face it... where else will I get 10% of my food before coupons? Grrr - I hate that they have me by the balls like that.

The newer one is fine (but they also know I know the manager and don't mess with me) but its on the other side of the city and the mall one is more convenient if I am taking the bus

Exactly, and using FPCs there makes you money back if you make them inc the tax on them, like the toothpaste, 30c made on each of them towards the tax on the other items I got

gotcha we only have one here lol so i have no choice

hey i just remembered our only McDonald's just closed for reservations that will sure put this town into a tail spin but harvey's and wendys i bet are really happy about it LOL
