You'll love it. It really keeps ALL moisture off the rash. What you can do also, a nurse at the hospital advised this to me, at night before bed on his last diaper change, put Zincofax/Penaten/any zinc oxide cream really, on his bum on top of the Barrier cream for extra protection. I did it the first 2 days when his bum was raw and it healed very quickly. Granted he had been pumped full of antibiotics for 3 days in the hospital. They don't screw around with Streptococcus (i said staph infection earlier huh? my mistake) infections... he was only 19 days old when we took him in with a 105 fever. YUP I was scared sh!tless!
