Sorry to hear that Mercy. Full custody, I really really hope you win it. I'm pretty sure if the courts found out he's abusive they'll grant it to you no problem. Also, if he has any sort of addiction, they won't grant him custody.

Yes I had to figure out a way to ward them off. I'm a tiny thing, just 4'11" so I look like an easy prey. And of course I can't throw a punch to save my life soooo I had to think of something. I was raped when I was 20 :(

His first mistake was pulling one of his episodes in front of my mother. I have a witness to his mental instability. He works under the table so on paper he doesn't exist. Can't prove revenu, good luck getting custody. I've been writing everything down in case I need it for the lawyers :cheesygrin:

My friend went through this so I've gotten great advice.

He fears lil Bro hehee - as well he should. My bro HATES him to the core.

I just don't understand why he won't just try to make it peaceful. He'd get more outta me if he did. At this point I don't even want him as a holiday dad.

He's addicted to himself and himself only. It's He Him and himself only. No one's needs EVER come first but his.

I just wish he's hit me ONCE so I had hard core proof. The hardest thing to prove is psychological abuse and because there are SO many biatches out there that call wolf? Well, you know... the rest of us always pay.
