it's just written badly, instead of writing:
a 1.5L bottle, or a 2l, bottle, or a case of 10, or a case of 12, they just tried to shorten it by writing writing AND a case of 10 or 12, but they did it incorrectly. They should have put AND/OR lol. That would be fun to watch the cashier try to figure that one out.

2l ou 1.5l "ET" emballages de 10 ou 12. it means a bottle and a case.

Still means the same thing.
on the back it says;

"details on the offer of 10 free cans of 355ml of fanta when you buy coke products"

(2l or 1.5l, and cases of 10 or 12)

It doesn't say what configuration you have to buy. It's just differentiating bottles and cans.
