This Contest is open to residents of Canada who, at the time of entry, have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence and possess a valid driver's license in the province or territory in which they reside.

Limit of one (1) entry per person during the Contest Period, regardless of the mode of entry. If it is discovered that you attempted to enter more than once, only your first entry will be included in the contest draw.

There are three (3) ways of entering the contest:

1. By Ballot. Attend the GM vehicle display area at one (1) of the participating events in Canada during the Contest Period and complete a Contest entry form. The entry form may either be electronic or an official paper ballot, depending on the venue. No photocopies or mechanical reproductions of the official paper ballot will be accepted. Official paper ballot must be legible to be accepted.
2. By Ballot. Attend one (1) of the participating GMCL Dealer events during the Contest Period and complete the electronic Contest entry form at the vehicle display area.
3. On the Web. Visit www.WintheUltimateRide.ca and click on the contest entry link and register by filling out the online Contest entry form. Complete the online entry form and click on "Submit" to enter it, and you will be automatically entered into the Contest.

For a list of all participating events and dates along with the participating GMCL Dealer events please send a self addressed stamped envelope to "Win the Ultimate Ride" contest, Event List Request, P.O. Box 5849, Station "A", Toronto, Ontario, M5V 1P3. Event list is subject to change without notice.

GRAND PRIZE
There is one (1) Grand Prize available to be won from all entries received during the Contest Period, consisting of:

• Winner's choice of one (1) 2010 Chevrolet, Buick, GMC or Cadillac vehicle, 2011 Chevrolet Cruze, or 2011 Buick Regal. MSRP of Winning Vehicle ranges from approximately $13,950.00 to $42,000.00 CAD depending upon which vehicle is selected.
• $1,500.00 CAD worth of Esso gas cards redeemable at any participating Esso location in Canada. Cards do not expire.
• Three (3) years of OnStar® with the Directions and Connections Plan (approximate retail value of $850 CAD) is offered to the winner (the Winning Vehicle must be equipped with ABS). Visit onstar.ca for details and system limitations. OnStar acts as a link to existing emergency service providers
• Winning Vehicle equipped with factory installed XM Satellite Radio® will receive three (3) years of XM Satellite Radio service (approximate retail value of XM Satellite Radio subscription: $610.00 CAD) plus XM NavTraffic® if factory-equipped (approximate retail value of XM plus XM NavTraffic: $820.00 CAD). Subscriptions for XM Satellite Radio and XM NavTraffic sold separately after three year promotional period. XM Radio service is available in the 10 Canadian Provinces and the 48 contiguous United States. XM NavTraffic Service is limited and available in three cities: Toronto, Montreal and Vancouver. • A $750 credit towards any GM Goodwrench Service for regular maintenance as outlined in vehicle owners manual including winter tire purchase and auto detailing. GM Goodwrench Service credit can be used at any authorized GM Goodwrench location across Canada.

Total approximate retail value of the Grand Prize ranges from $17,660 to $45,920 depending on which vehicle the winner selects.

The Grand Prize includes destination/freight charges. Colour, accessories, and other specifics of the Winning Vehicle will be at GMCL's sole discretion. Manufacturer's warranty applies to the Grand Prize. Upon notification, winner will personally take delivery of their Winning Vehicle from a Canadian GMCL dealership located within a reasonable distance from the winner's place of residence, as designated by GMCL within two (2) months of being declared the Grand Prize winner. Winner must present adequate personal identification to claim the Winning Vehicle. The Winning Vehicle will not be released unless the winner first shows proof of having (a) a valid driver's licence in the province or territory in which he/she resides, (b) satisfactory insurance, and (c) license plates. Winner is solely responsible for all costs and expenses which are not included in the Grand Prize, including but not limited to: registration and licence fees, insurance, additional accessories and all other costs and expenses incurred in claiming, registering or using the Winning Vehicle. Winner is responsible for all costs and expenses associated with any upgrade or option packages he/she may request and which GMCL, in its sole discretion, may provide or has provided with respect to the Winning Vehicle. In the event that, for reasons beyond GMCL's control (such as a lack of vehicle availability due to limited production) and not related to the winner, GMCL is unable to award the Grand Prize vehicle as selected by the winner, GMCL may, in its sole discretion, substitute a vehicle of similar nature and equal or greater value.

MONTHLY PRIZES
There are ten (10) Monthly Prizes available to be won, each consisting of

• a Dell Inspiron Mini 10 (approximate retail value: $349 CAD).

There is a limit of one (1) Monthly Prize per person during the Contest Period. Grand Prize winner may not win a Monthly Prize. In the event that, for reasons beyond its control and not related to the winner, GMCL is unable to award a Monthly Prize as described in these Contest rules, GMCL will, in its sole discretion, substitute a prize of similar nature and equal or greater value.

Any costs or expenses incurred by a winner in claiming or using the Grand Prize or a Monthly Prize will be the responsibility of the winner. Grand Prize and each Monthly Prize must be accepted as described in these Contest rules and cannot be transferred to another person, substituted for another prize, or exchanged in whole or in part for cash, subject to the provisions set forth elsewhere in these rules.
