They sent me the email asking what I wanted to do (points back or different watch) and included a picture of the watch (same on as was later posted on their site as an available reward). I responded to that email and was told that the new watch would be sent out.

It is very odd that the picture of the watch on the Stella site would be nowhere else online (except the guys kijiji add).

If you google that code you get a link to the Amazon.com page with the same watch we originally thought it was. So they are saying it's the same one. However the picture of the two watches are obviously not the same.

I know none of these really matters since it's a free watch and who cares? I just felt like mentioning it.

Very odd - I wonder if there are different versions of the same watch for different regions of the world? Will have to wait and see what version actually shows up.
