I received my 9-step home pouring kit as well.
I got my chalice set today from UPS. They didn't ring the doorbell but I heard a very loud bang! They threw it onto my porch like garbage. The sticker says "Fragile" right on it. UPS delivery sucks if they are not sending parcels to the wrong house they break stuff. Anyway was hoping for my suitcase instead.
Got my pouring kit today in Toronto... there's hope yet! I ordered in April.
