Today i received an email form Miranda about the broken Bodum cup. The manufacturer wants a picture of that.
But I discarded the broken cup and didn't take a picture of that.
Now I have one white Bodum cup.
Did you get the same email? And did you take a picture of your broken cup?

Ya, I agree. When Smurfette first posted that her cups were received broken the advice I gave her was to take a photo of the broken cup and email it to Rachel. It is really too bad that you discarded all the evidence that you had without documenting it someway first.Quote:
