Their verification process is too strict especially the 72 hours limitation. Why 72 hours, not 48 hours, not 96 hours, not 1 month? Also, they don't have auto-reply saying "I receive your email". How can we know you receive or not ? If it turns out we send it and you claim you have never received it, it will make members very frustrated.

all my family members got verified twice once 2010
and few weeks ago in 2011 but...
when I try to contact La Societe Stella Artois via email
about missing rewards for me and my family members
all of us (me and my family members) get verified twice in 2010 and in 2011
got reply about missing rewards "not authentic " messages...
after I did copy and paste from view source of the message's about La Societe Stella Artois missing rewards
showing unique message id: and path origin and email everything back
my family members did the same as I did show them how to do it... they emailed La Societe Stella Artois about missing rewards
message ID could look like: [email protected] societestellaartois.com
after I got reply:"Stella Artois has made the decision to remove everyone at your address from the system so you will no longer be receiving any rewards from us.

I have explained in my previous emails that you sent fake confirmation emails and so we will not be fulfilling anything.

Thank you."

I assume La Societe Stella Artois mail server rewards emails is gone and they have no way of identify/verify email about rewards legit or not (or just do not wanna bother to verify message ID...

The easiest way to get lies and distortions into a discussion is to be confrontational... best way to admit error is to attack...

Totally agree. Communication on their part was basically nil. They did a extremely poor job managing this promotion. Verification should have been done at the start by limiting one account per household or ip address(which they did not). When they started asking for proof of residence by what I have read did not even reply back acknowledging that they received it. After claiming a reward there was no communication except for an auto-reply stating you had redeemed for the reward....no more contact stating when your reward would be sent. Whoever was in charge of managing this promotion should be as Donald Trump says YOUR FIRED!!!! It was a great promotion gone terribly wrong.

Yes, I totally agree. Communication is very poor. The easy way to notice us is either send us email or post some update on their site. Just a page showing which day they send which rewards with our Beta Userid. Then we all know they are doing something.

The problem is that they put the hours limitation not even once. They use for verification, phone number (Those people who has no phone number on their profile during beta) and address confirmation (Those people got undeliverable rewards). If you don't reply by certain time, you will lose all your rewards. I believe they will do it again once they send out all rewards. "If those people who haven't received the reward and don't email by like 72 hours, then you will forfeit all rewards". That's why I encourage people should email them again if you don't get it by the next 2 weeks.

one of my brothers in law have to appeal - they ruling of him sending his id's for verification late... (even we all sending all id for verification on time) but after verifying his account -at the later time he did not receive his rewards - they claim his email about missing redemeded rewards fake.... go figure

Try to take a screen shot instead of just forwarding the reward confirmation. If they said screen shot is still fake, use video recording software from the point you login to mail to the point showing your reward confirmation.

I agree with this Rock; I also sent Miranda to this board and told her about this user basically gloating about how they abused the TOS to get more rewards.
They can make it seem like we are jealous and the like; but they did limit accounts to one per person, I dont think they had limits as far as per household, but i highly bought they had 16 other members in that house....

ALSO. this person claims tolive in quebec; this is a ontario only promotion (well, ontario and newyork)
so that means they must be redirecting their mail somehow.

It WAS limited to 4 accounts per household.

Just a correction..the promo was canada wide, I live in NL and have gotten most rewards so far.

I also agree that 16 is a total abuse of the program

But I do recall reading that it was not eligible for Quebec somewhere (not sure if it was in their terms or just that it wouldn't let you add QC as your province.
