Story: Hubby & I tried for 6 years before being blessed with these two wonderful baby boys. These were their first Halloween costumes and we placed them in the rocker in the hope that rocking them would get them both to smile for a picture at the same time. After 20 tries we finally snapped this one where they both have grins.

Story: Lil Nate has been sick for awhile now but even though he's sick he is still the happiest baby I have ever seen. He is cutting teeth and is very congested but as you can see in this picture he is not going to let that stop him. This is also one of the first times sitting up on his own.

Story: Brooklyn was born 3 month early! She spent 110 days in the NICU at the IWK Grace hospital. Born weighing 2 lbs 3 oz she is now weighing in at 10lbs 10oz and getting bigger everyday. Despite her rough start, Brooklyn is the happiest baby I know...and this picture shows just how happy she is!!

- Story: Shawny is such a monkey, seriously. You think you have known all the tricks kids gonna do since you have had one and you're experienced mom? Wrong! With my older daughter, I remember she went to washroom, played toilet papers, and giggled so much seeing them rolling on the floor. So when my daughter told me Shawny went to washroom and was playing toilet paper, I told myself it's not a big deal. I put down my book, went to grab a glass of water, took my sweet time before I went to check him. And guess what? Oh my, he was not only playing toilet paper, he was actually stuffing it into his mouth as it rolled. Can't tell you how much he had swallowed already. Man, I guess this kid was really hungry that day!

- Story: Taking pictures of my new baby isn't easy since he HATES the orange light on my camera - every time it comes on he stops smiling or makes a funny hypnotized faced... lol! But I love this picture because it captures his big blue eyes which remind his grandmother of his daddy. I called it Bright Eyes because my mother in law has told me many times over the years how the nurses called my hubby that when he was first born - makes me smile :)
