J&J Replacement Coupon

I have been trying to use my J&J Replacement coupon on the Gift Basket but I keep getting refused. I have done it before but now I am not having any luck.

SDM said that they have a written policy that it does not include baskets.

Zellers said that it is for one product only and the basket has multiple products.

Walmart just blatantly rufused.

Anyone having this problem??

I have used it for baskets before at SDM. Don't know why they are giving you trouble... Did you try more than one location?

If you get refused ask the store to call J&J. They say you can use it on any product. The basket is one product, one price, one upc code. I think if you offered to wait while they call the company then some will just give it to you to avoid the hassle, or even if they do call you can use it on baskets. Good luck!

Thats a good idea....I will keep that in mind...I am off to walmart today (diapers are on sale)so i will try it again.

I havent tried baskets but last week at walmart I got J&J Baby Shampoo that had a bonus one attached. I asked the cashier and she said no but her supervisor or whoever (wearing a red vest) that happened to be there said yes its on any J&J products. If it has 1 UPC then it counts as one product. Hope that helps any.

When I encouter the 1 product thing (no matter the coupon) I saw...okay, so there are 5 products in there and I have 5 coupons, so I guess I can use all 5 coupons on this one basket right? Usually that confuses them enough for them to let you use it.

I've heard of this. Try telling them that it is one UPC so it's fine, that's what I did and it worked. I had to speak with a manager though. :-( This was at Walmart.

Don't you hate how crappy some cashiers/ managers will treat you when you try to use a coupon to get the best deal you can? One UPC = one product.

Hey guys, new here but I have a different problem with my J&J coupon, it doesn't have the hologram on it and it says it's not valid without it...
Who do I contact about that?

I used mine at Toys R Us....the cashier had to check with her manager, but they took it and didn't even charge me the taxes....

I used mine at WM (heartland) on saturday and no problems....of course cashier took more than 10 min to read it

Call J&J. A few people have had this problem. They ask you to send it back and they send you a new one. Just call them.

I tried to use at WM and Zellers before but they refused. Finally I tried at SDM the cashier took it without any questions. Just keep trying.
