American coupons???

I was given a bunch of coupons that all have redemption addresses in the US but it doesn't specifically say they are only valid in the US. Has anyone tried redeaming them here in Canada?

Hi, I had some too, I was told they must say Canada at london drugs. I threw them all out

I have used them at walmart since there based in the states.. There more flexible.. Just use it and dont fuss about it ands see what happens

No I haven't redeemed any U.S. coupons because we can't redeem them since the manufacturers won't give the stores the money from the coupon.

American coupons are only valid in the U.S. Canadian retailers do not get reimbursed for American coupons, so if we use U.S. coupons, when retailers go to redeem them they are out the money.....not good for us couponers in the long run....

Bolthouse farms sent me coupons that they say are good for both the US and Canada, redemption address is US. I showed it to a part-time night manager at IGA, and was told they would accept it. But I have not used the coupons there and would probably not try it at any other store either - I would expect a hassle from the cashier and I don't want them to start scrutinizing every coupon I use after that.

the US get both SmartSource & Redplum every Sunday, plus P & G once a month.
