i received another 2 g/c's last week, and i remember that i had only bought glade products on one of them and used coupons so my total was well below $10....
i used the original form that didnt mention coupon use.

i spent $20 on glade candles and also used that free dog food coupon for 13.99 and #17 circled it lmfao they think i used coupons for glade when its clearly for the free dog food and theres only those things on the bill...i want to complain its not fair boo hoo hoo ....hehe

I used the "no coupon" one.I just thought I would receive it because everyone here on SC was. It's ok though, I complained to Glade, and they sent me a check for 10 dollars.

I resent my 4 rejected receipts with the "old" forms (the one that didn't mention discounts, coupons, etc), blacked out the coupons and I received 4 X GCs yesterday! Well, well, well. I'm "glade" I took the chance in sending them back.

great it worked out for you. wondering if your original receipts had markings on them like the #17 or other stuff from the first rejection. just curious if they still accepted them even when they saw the prior notations.

They had circled the coupon used amount on my receipts but I blacked it out with a marker.
