Good deal on treadmills?

Can someone please help me find a great deal on treadmills. The best dh found is 449 at Canadian tire. We are in Calgary.

Walmart has a Weslo Cadence Treadmill on for $349.97. I have had a weslo for a couple years, although a slightly different model, and for the price it is a great tread for walking and light jogging but if you are preparing for a marathon I would pass.
