Thread: Brandsaver won't let me order

BAH!

For a few promotions I have had trouble with ordering through Brandsaver. It always says I have reached my limited "log in" count and they have locked it for my safety but never tell me what to do.
So, finally I cancelled my account and tried to sign up again. They are still telling me that my email is already registered.
I don't know if this has to do with being signed up for Brandsampler? I can get on fine for brandsampler but Brandsaver will never let me order coupons!

Any idea how to fix it myself?This thread is currently associated with: N/A

You can't fix it yourself email or phone P & G.

I would try these things in the following order:
1) Delete/erase any account you have with P & G - brandsaver and brandsampler
2) Restart your computer
3) Open your internet and delete any browsing history/cookies etc - if you don't know how to do this just: 1) Click on "Tools" 2) Click on "Internet Options" 3) Find "Browsing History" and click "Delete"
4) Try signing up with P & G using a DIFFERENT email address
Hopefully this works. If it doesn't, I don't know what to say :/
Just an aside - you may have noticed that Old Navy no longer allows you to refresh (F5) to get the Barker's Bones coupon you want - if you follow the steps in #3 above (don't forget to close out of your internet, reopen it and THEN follow the steps in #3) you can try and try and try to get that $50 off $100. I had a similar problem several weeks ago, with both brandsaver and brandsampler. It turns out they had changed the password requirements and they wanted me to choose new passwords (Had to have a capital letter, include a number, etc.).
I had to click on the 'forgotten password' -- they sent a new temp one and then when i went to select my own, i saw the change in requirements.

Thanks everyone,
THey have only sent me an email telling me their technical team is looking into it. I did try erasing my cookies etc. but no luck.
The temp password they sent me wasn't working either but I am so glad that I'm not hte only one having problems!
Hopefully it works soon!

Weird, every time I try and log into the brandsaver coupons page, my screen gets all funky, the screen goes white and there is only text on the page... what is up with that? Any ideas?

Maybe they are scrutinizing addresses. Someone mentioned a while back that they just change their address a bit and have multiple mailings sent to them.... If they say one per address, that is what should be adhered to.
