This Contest is open only to: (i) legal residents of Ontario 18 years of age or older who are the parent/guardian of a minor hockey player between the ages of 9 and 14; (ii) living within a 50 mile (80 km) radius of the City of Toronto; and (iii) holding a valid Canadian driver's license

The contest period (the "Contest Period") begins at 10:00 a.m. ET on Thursday, November 18th, 2010 and closes at 11:59 p.m. ET on Friday, December 3rd, 2010

Limit of one (1) entry per person

There are a total of ten (10) Prizes available to be won in the Contest. The Prize consists of:
One (1) of ten (10) spots in the Toronto Maple Leafs Clinic Series to be held at MasterCard Center for Hockey Excellence at 400 Kipling Ave, Toronto, Ontario, M8V 3L1 on either December 12, 2010 or January 21, 2011
