Tim Hortons is sponsoring FREE HOLIDAY skates at different arenas throughout Canada! Free Winter Skating is currently only offered in the provinces of Alberta, British Columbia, New Brunswick, Newfoundland, Nova Scotia, Ontario and Prince Edward Island. What a rip off. The places listed for Nova Scotia are in the boondocks. Why nothing for Halifax, Dartmouth, and Bedford where the majority of Nova Scotians live. Fail for Tim Hortons.

Mulock - Same here. They don't offer a free skate in Ottawa either. Hopefully next year Timmies will expand this offer to our areas.

I am disgusted with BC. They may as well have not participated.

Why not email HQ in Oakville, ON and inform it of the oversight of communities not shown on the 2010 list. Tim Horton's did the same offer last year. Perhaps you can make it onto the 2011 list or ask what criteria determines which places get the skating? Ice time in general is hard to get.
