Gosh, I hope the cheese will be on sale here in the west - it's the only thing we have bought at WalMart in the past year. My son is a cheesefreak, and said he didn't mind going all the way to the supercentre just for cheese, lol!

I stocked up on Philly brick cream cheese at the Co-op a few weeks ago - there was a promo when you buy three at $3 each, I got $5 off. I froze several and have some kept for baking next week.
