OK, I got an email from the people at Malcolm's.ca. I told them to take down their webpage for the free sample too. Will add to the list of things that never come!
Thank you for your interest in the Malcolm's Hot Chocolate. The
promotion for Free Samples ended over a year ago and at this time our
product is not available in stores. Sorry for any inconvenience this
may have caused.
Thank you and have a good day,

Ah those Turkeys.
As I sit here drinking my Carnation Hot Chocolate (with coffee of course I can't help but think if I ever saw Malcolm's brand in the store I wouldn't buy it just because of their screwed up/fake sample offer.I've received over $400 in FREE amazon giftcards through swagbucks! The Malcolm's Chocolate thing is some kind of scam. Several people signed up about a year ago. Nobody, including me, got anything. Their website was full of errors.
